JARED JENNINGS
One of Nevada’s most recognized real estate attorneys, Jared B. Jennings is one of the managing partners of the Jennings & Fulton, LTD law firm. Jared has successfully represented hundreds of clients with their real estate matters over the years in residential and commercial transactions and litigation. Additionally, he has represented clients in divorce, custody, and family law related matters and has worked hard to help families resolve their disputes amicably. Jared also practices in the areas of Bankruptcy, Personal Injury, Business organizations, Mortgage, Banking, and Finance matters.
In addition to his extensive experience in the mortgage and banking industry, Jared has a unique ability to work through difficult and complex financial issues in his client’s cases utilizing his accounting and forensic audit background and skills.
In 2002, Jared became the Branch Manager of Cascade Financial Services and, in 2005, became the Managing Director of Sunwest Financial Services, a mortgage company located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Prior to forming Jennings & Fulton, LTD., Jared began his career at Jones Vargas and went on to work for Rawlings, Olson & Cannon, Kolesar & Leatham, and practiced as a sole practitioner under Jennings & Associates, LTD. Jared is an avid golfer, enjoys spending time in the outdoors, and spending time with his family.

ADAM FULTON
An experienced litigator and one of the managing partners of Jennings & Fulton, LTD., clients rely on Adam Fulton’s expertise to successfully navigate complex litigation matters. Adam has represented clients in trademark disputes, class action litigation, landlord tenant disputes, business torts, Telephone Consumer Protection Act litigation, breach of contract matters, employment litigation, Department of Labor audits, personal injury cases, consumer protection and representing general contractors and owners in construction related matters.
Adam’s practice also includes assisting clients in transactional matters including, drafting and negotiating construction contracts, drafting trademark applications, wills and trusts, preparing business contracts, business operating agreements and landlord tenant leases.
Prior to forming Jennings & Fulton, LTD., Adam worked at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schrek, one of the preeminent litigation, lobbying and gaming lawfirms in Nevada. While at Brownstein, Adam worked on multi-million dollar litigation matters, which he continues to do today. Prior to entering the law, Adam worked as a river guide in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and still enjoys spending time with his family on the river.

Decades of experience representing clients, he has successfully first-chaired multiple trials and his experience in the courtroom brings a unique perspective and skill set that allows him to take cases from inception through trial and, when necessary, appeal.
Tod is an accomplished chess player, rated as a “life expert” by the United States Chess Federation, and enjoys guitar and songwriting.

LOGAN WILLSON
Logan practices in a wide variety of civil litigation, including business, real estate, employment, personal injury, and family law matters. While in law school, Logan served as a mediator at Clark County Family Court through the UNLV Mediation Program.
Prior to joining Jennings & Fulton, LTD., Logan was a judicial extern to the Honorable Mark R. Denton of the Eighth Judicial District Court. Logan clerked for Jennings & Fulton, LTD. in the summer of 2017 and stayed on for the remainder of his law school career. Logan enjoys cycling, traveling, and spending time with his family.

CHRISTINA GILBERTSON
Christina began her career with well-respected nationwide law firms, where she spent several years litigating all aspects of civil matters (from contract negotiations through trial and appeals) in a wide range of practice areas in both Federal and State Courts at the district and appellate levels. While Christina enjoyed this work, the one thing that was missing was the opportunity to develop interpersonal relationships with her clients. Christina believes that it is important to generate meaningful relationships based on trust and understanding with her clients.
A Colorado native, Christina received her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University, and thereafter graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law in San Diego. When she's not practicing law, Christina enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons, whether that means a quiet day at home or a frenzied day of hockey!

HERA ARMENIAN
Hera practices in a wide variety of civil litigation, including Business, Real Estate, Personal Injury, and Family Law matters. After law school, Hera was a Judicial Extern to the Honorable James C. Mahan of the US District Court, District of Nevada. Hera also handles a wide variety of transactional business matters ranging from representing clients in re-zoning commercial properties, Contractor’s Board applications, and liquor licensing applications. Hera believes it is important to generate meaningful relationships based on trust and understanding with her clients. When she’s not practicing law, Hera is advocating for her community and is the co-Chair of Nevada's chapter of the Armenian National Committee of America. Hera regularly meets with elected officials regarding humanitarian issues affecting Armenians-Americans both at home in Las Vegas, Nevada and abroad.
