ADAM FULTON

An experienced litigator and one of the managing partners of Jennings & Fulton, LTD., clients rely on Adam Fulton’s expertise to successfully navigate complex litigation matters.  

Adam has represented clients in trademark disputes, class action litigation, landlord tenant disputes, business torts, Telephone Consumer Protection Act litigation, breach of contract matters, employment litigation, Department of Labor audits, personal injury cases, consumer protection and representing general contractors and owners in construction related matters.

Adam’s practice also includes assisting clients in transactional matters including, drafting and negotiating construction contracts, drafting trademark applications, wills and trusts, preparing business contracts, business operating agreements and landlord tenant leases.

Prior to forming Jennings & Fulton, LTD., Adam worked at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schrek, one of the preeminent litigation, lobbying and gaming lawfirms in Nevada.  While at Brownstein, Adam worked on multi-million dollar litigation matters, which he continues to do today.  Prior to entering the law, Adam worked as a river guide in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and still enjoys spending time with his family on the river.
