ABOUT BENJAMIN REITZ
A Southern Nevada native, Ben represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation and high-stakes transactions. With a broad and versatile practice, Ben delivers strategic counsel and practical solutions tailored to each client’s objectives.

In his commercial practice, Ben handles contract claims, business torts, partnership and shareholder conflicts, real estate litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, deceptive trade practices, alter ego claims, and other complex matters in state and federal courts. He develops efficient litigation strategies to protect or recover assets and achieve favorable outcomes.

Ben also advises clients on commercial transactions, including business formation, asset and equity purchases, commercial agreements, and risk management. His experience as both a litigator and transactional attorney allows him to anticipate disputes and craft agreements that reduce exposure and protect clients' long-term interests.
​
Ben also represents individuals who have suffered serious injuries due to negligence. He is committed to helping injured clients navigate the legal process with clarity and confidence while aggressively pursuing full and fair compensation.

Prior to joining Jennings & Fulton, LTD., Ben began his career at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP, and went on to work for Peterson Baker, PLLC, and as a solo practitioner with Reitz Law Group. He also worked in the General Counsel's Office at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and interned for the Honorable Kristina Pickering, former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Nevada. In 2015, Ben received the Vince Consul Memorial Pro Bono Award from the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada. Prior to his legal career, Ben worked for a business consulting firm in New York City focusing on corporate governance matters.
